2020 has been no one’s favourite year, so here are some fun tips to staying positive during COVID-19.

- Find the positive in every situation, whether it exists or not ~ Sometimes things can be very nerve wracking, so trying to find something positive, can help you on your journey to becoming a more positive person.
- Take everyday, slowly ~ Sometimes we speed up, and keep going really quickly. However, with COVID, things are finally catching up to me, and I’m finally able to unravel my thoughts.
- Breathe ~ When I am so stressed and anxious, that my thought process gets muddled, I take a reset breath. Then, I carry on with my day.
- Do something you love ~ Sometimes, when you are not positive, you need to do something that generally puts you into a positive mindset.
- Do something kind for you, or someone else ~ Bake someone or yourself cookies, and you should feel the positive benefits!
