In modern society, socializing has become a key part of human needs. Some people need less socialization, while some humans require more. Humans are indeed a social species, that relies on other members for support [1]. In terms of creating new ideas, and working together as a team, some humans flourish more in groups or independent environments. The importance of teamwork ties back to the brain.
The term “stress” was introduced into the psychology vocabulary in 1926, by Hans Selye. While, the term “stress” is a well known word, Selye actually used the term “strain” to denote his concept, as it suggested structural changes, like the amount of cortisol, the primary stress hormone, into the body. The term “stress” emphasizes external factors. Selye believed that “stress” consisted of the “sum of all nonspecific changes (within an organism) caused by function or damage” or, more simply “the rate of wear and tear in the body” (Selye, 1956). Since then, researchers have used the term “stress” to emphasize on increased cortisol stemming from outside sources, such as external pressure.
Anxiety can present itself in different ways; emotional, physical, or mental for example. For me, my anxiety displays itself in all three, why could be a mix of my anxiety, ADHD, and depression, but it isn’t that way for everyone. Physical anxiety traits come in all different levels and present themselves in different subdivisions. A common misconception is a difference between anxious twitches and actual tics. What is it?

Some of the things that we read online can potentially be extremely dangerous. This is why we should research (and say in easier words) why things are this way.
